Australia's Snowy River Inn-to-Inn

The 1850s gold rush in Victoria brought riches & dashed dreams & Australia’s famous outlaw, Ned Kelly & his gang. Their fateful shootout at Anne Jones Hotel in Glenrowan, ended with Ned Kelly's hanging 5 months later.

While Kelly’s folklore grew, Jack Riley's horsemanship legend grew. When a thoroughbred stallion escaped into the mountains, Jack Riley rode into history when he galloped off & brought the horse home. Jack’s exploits inspired Banjo Patterson’s poem ‘The Man from Snowy River’, & later international movies.

This ride, led by Australian triple Olympian, Alex Watson, will capture the best riding of Melbourne’s ‘Man from Snowy River’ countryside & the exploits of Ned Kelly & his Gang.
